The Welder-Cleaner transfer system, designed for floor space savings, consists of a 3 axis overhead gantry mechanism that takes welded sashes (or frames) from the welder and transfer them to the cleaner magazine which then feeds one sash (or frame) at a time to the cleaner. The design of the transfer system allows for a truly automated and continuous welding and cleaning operation. With the optional welder pre-loader, the Welder-Cleaner transfer system does not allow for any idle machine time.
