The SFMC is a custom fabrication machine center that utilizes a servo-controlled infeed, multiple saw assemblies, routers, pneumatic/hydraulic tooling for complete part fabrication in one machine cycle. The SFMC fabricates material utilizing a step-through process, in which the material is pushed across the saws and tooling, fabricating the lineal material in a series of in-line moves or steps. The design platform ensures consistent product quality and productivity while minimizing scrap.
