The 2011 edition of the Glass Build America show was a big success for Joseph Machine Company! We had great foot traffic in our booth on both Monday and Tuesday. Even Wednesday was solid! Monday morning was particularly strong this year. Seven JMC booth attendants struggled to keep up!

We had a good mix of existing customers and new prospective customers that stopped by to see us. This year our booth featured a large LCD screen displaying an informational DVD. This was especially helpful for potential customers wanting to know what JMC was all about. We also had two large touchscreen HP computers identical to the ones used in our fabrication centers displaying machine information along with internet connectivity to our web site.
 

As always the most important part of the show was the people. We thoroughly enjoyed the interaction with our customers and competitors all week. The discussions in the booth were exciting and very productive. We were able to share dinner with some of our customers, and those moments were priceless. The highlight of the show was seeing our President, Joe Pigliacampo, receive the Crystal Achievement Award for the SCF-430 design!

We are already setting our sites on the 2012 Glass Build Show. Rest assured JMC will be there with new innovations and solutions for our valued customers. Take care, live well, and we’ll see you in Las Vegas! - Pat Myers
